This year's speaker is Justice Frank Williams, a noted Lincoln scholar, member of the national Abraham Lincoln Bicentennial Commission and the Chief Justice of the state of Rhode Island. The South Spencer high school choir and the Sons of the Union Veterans color guard also will perform.
Following the ceremony a wreath will be laid at the grave of Lincoln's Mother, Nancy Hanks, who is buried at the National Park.
